“As we walk clockwise around the room we stir the power of the self. Feeding the vortex of power in the center of the temple and raising consciousness To awaken and reveal the creative child who resides within.”

This room is inspired by the ancient temples and tombs of Egypt. The relief work encapsulates my designs revealing the gritty texture of the wall medium. The colors black representing the black heart of innocence and red represents the iron in our blood that courses through our veins. The gold throughout the room represents our creative treasures we offer the world. The hole that was deconstructed is a portal to to the another realm of consciousness and is guarded by Matthias the representation of childhood lost.

"The Mulligrub Meadow"

You’re at home, standing in front of the sink. As you wash your dishes, you notice the water beginning to turn a murky purple. The faucet begins to sputter and hiss, and before you know what’s happening, an entire meadow comes spraying out of the sink, and all over the walls! “What is this place?” you wonder. Welcome to the Mulligrub Meadow.

Mulligrubs are depression worms. They show up when you’re feeling down, and they feed on your gloom. Feel that weight on your shoulders? They are probably here already.

But don’t be alarmed! The Mulligrub Hunters are on their way to eat those nasty little bugs, and make you feel better. Before they arrive, take a look around! There’s an “underground” dance party, featuring DJ Daizee, Mulligrub Meadow’s “biggest” DJ! It may look calm and breezy in the sun, but beneath the surface, you can let yourself go.
